Odoo Senior Developer (from India)
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Odoo certification (v17–v19) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, Models, Views, Workflows, Access Rights, and Business Logic.
• Expert in Enterprise editions.
• Strong experience in Odoo.sh, Odoo Studio, and Odoo API integrations.
• Experience with AI add-ons, Chatbots, OCR for CV parsing, or automation tools.
• Strong proficiency in: Python, XML, JavaScript (OWL framework), PostgreSQL (complex queries & optimizations), QWeb templating
• Experience integrating Odoo with: WhatsApp API / Twilio , Payment gateways, HRMS, CRM, eCommerce, and third-party SaaS, RESTful APIs & Webhooks, Server & DevOps
• Deep understanding of Odoo modules such as: CRM, Sales, Accounting, HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, Inventory, Projects, Website & eCommerce
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in process mapping, data migration, and system optimization.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts, HR processes, and workflows.
• Experience with enterprise-level Odoo projects (multi-company, multi-currency).
