Job Opening: MEP Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations of the project, ensuring quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on-site, ensuring timely execution of work.
- Conduct routine building inspections, raising any MEP issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
- Supervise daily operations of maintenance staff and sub-contracted labor in their duties.
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, and documentation about the delivery of MEP services.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the combined field of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing plants and equipment. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience is mandatory.
- Should have sound knowledge of Planned Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Condition-based Maintenance, and Proactive maintenance of all kinds of MEP installations in commercial buildings.
