Medical Sales Representative

Weldon Trading Company, established in 1989 under the ownership of Dr. Fouad Nicola, specializes in the healthcare industry. Initially founded as Kuwait Alfa in 1982 for trading and construction, the company shifted its focus and expanded operations to several countries, including Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, and Lebanon. Based in Kuwait, Weldon Trading Company has experienced significant growth over the years and currently employs over 150 personnel, serving as a key player in the region's healthcare sector.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative, located in Salmiya. The responsibilities include promoting and selling medical products or services to healthcare professionals, developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing post-sales support and customer service. The Sales Representative will also stay informed about new products, industry developments, and competitors while addressing customer queries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Medical Sales and knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Familiarity with medical concepts, products, and practices in Medicine and Pharmacy
- Goal-oriented mindset, ability to meet sales targets, and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or Business
