Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer with proven experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing luxury services, with the ability to position our firm as a leader in high-end residential design.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand presence in the luxury architecture market.
• Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Prepare high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and brochures tailored to high-net-worth clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to showcase completed and ongoing villa projects through creative storytelling and visual content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
• Organize and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and private client showcases.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the architecture, real estate, or luxury design sector.
• Proven track record in promoting high-end residential projects (preferably villas).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
