La Plus Belle Co., Kuwait’s leading beauty and wellness group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Fitness Studio (Bel Elan).
Role & Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
*Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, email marketing, and content creation.
*Plan and manage events, promotions, and brand activations.
*Collaborate with salon and spa teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty programs.
*Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
*Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
*Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
*Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
*Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify brand presence.
*Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail.
*Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and branding.
*Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
*Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
