Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
* Manage marketing campaigns across retail stores, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
* Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing and analytics tools.
* Manage CRM systems and customer loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and retention.
* Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and campaign success.
* Prepare marketing reports, analyze market trends, and provide performance insights.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion retail, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
* At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
* Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce marketing dynamics.
* Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
