Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, with a passion for building strong brand presence in the healthcare and service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote premium services and patient experience.
• Manage social media platforms with engaging content, creative posts, and timely responses.
• Support the organization of events, community outreach, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, and influencers to create high-quality visuals and campaigns.
• Track and report performance of digital campaigns, social media engagement, and leads.
• Assist in preparing brochures, newsletters, and in-clinic promotional materials.
• Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
• Research competitors, local market trends, and new opportunities to strengthen visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
