Description
We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our growing manufacturing team in Kuwait.
A leading industrial manufacturing company in Kuwait is seeking highly qualified professionals with strong industrial factory experience for strategic leadership positions within manufacturing operations, production, maintenance, and factory management.
Current openings:
1- Maintenance & Safety Manager (6-8 Years Experience Required)
Major Tasks:
* Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production stoppage.
* Lead all maintenance and factory safety activities.
* Control maintenance cost and improve machine efficiency.
* Supervise boiler operations, steam systems, utilities, and maintenance teams.
Required Experience:
* Strong experience in EPS machines, boilers, compressors, chillers, and industrial utilities.
* Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermal systems.
* Experience in HSE systems, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safety audits.
* Experience in EPS, plastics, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
2- Production Manager (6-8 Years Experience Required)
Major Tasks:
* Achieve daily and monthly production targets efficiently.
* Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manpower utilization.
* Ensure production quality and operational workflow efficiency.
* Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and logistics departments.
Required Experience:
* Strong experience in production planning, machine utilization, and productivity systems.
* Experience in OEE reports, downtime analysis, and quality performance indicators.
* Ability to control production cost, labor productivity, and shift operations.
* Experience in factory reporting systems and process improvement.
* Experience in EPS, plastics, packaging, food, or related industrial sectors is preferred.
3- Operation Manager (6-8 Years Experience Required)
Major Tasks:
* Manage full factory operations including production, logistics, warehouse, and distribution.
* Improve operational workflow, cost control, and overall factory performance.
* Ensure coordination between departments and smooth operational continuity.
* Monitor KPIs and operational performance systems.
Required Experience:
* Strong experience in industrial operations management and operational planning.
* Experience in manpower management, workflow systems, and operational reporting.
* Ability to manage supply chain coordination, fleet operations, and inventory control.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Candidates with GCC industrial manufacturing experience will be highly preferred.
General Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
* Strong leadership, reporting, communication, and team management skills.
* ERP knowledge (Dynamics 365 / SAP) is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure within industrial manufacturing environment.
* Fluent English communication preferred.
