Loyalty specialist
Kuwait
Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including coins issuance, redemption,
configuration, and reporting
. Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Finance, ops) and external vendors for loyalty program
performance and enhancements
. Develop member-exclusive campaigns to drive frequency, basket size, and customer retention
. Track loyalty program KPIs and campaign ROI
. Monitor fraud, manage customer complaints, and process manual adjustments when needed
. Analyze customer behaviour, segments, and purchase patterns using loyalty and digital
marketing data
. Generate reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
. Use insights to create personalised journeys and targeted offers
. Liaise with IT, Operations, and CX to ensure loyalty program and campaigns are implemented
smoothly
. Support Kanzee events, launches, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
. Work closely with platforms (e.g., WebEngage, philoshophic, etc.) to execute
journeys and campaign flows
Qualifications:
. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in handling a loyalty platform
. Requirement open to all nationals
. Should be a Resident of Kuwait
