Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules, deliveries, and transportation activities
- Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English language proficiency (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
