Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an operations-focused Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics activities and ensure smooth execution of logistics operations. The role involves hands-on coordination of shipments, close follow-up with transport providers, customs brokers, and continuous support to operations teams to ensure efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations (air, sea, and land)
- Coordinate closely with shipping lines, airlines, overseas and local agents, operations, warehouse, and finance teams
- Track shipments and ensure operational timelines are met
- Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and delivery documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, shortages, or damages and keep clients well informed
- Maintain accurate operational records and logistics reports
- Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti regulations and company procedures

Requirements:
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on logistics / operations experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/logistics systems
- Knowledge of Incoterms and Kuwait customs procedures is a strong advantage
