We Are Hiring – Logistics Coordinator | Port of Shuaiba, Kuwait

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at the Port of Shuaiba, US Army Operation.

Job Role: Logistics Coordinator
Location: On-site – Port of Shuaiba, Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics operation reports
• Generate reports requested by customers and provide timely updates
• Prepare and verify documentation for cargo movements
• Maintain professional communication with customers and carriers
• Plan and coordinate cargo delivery schedules
• Monitor and manage cargo movements with accuracy
• Maintain yard inventory records and update databases
• Keep organized logs and documentation of all operations
• Identify and resolve cargo-related discrepancies
• Attend cargo loading operations to ensure accuracy
• Oversee cargo yard activities ensuring safety and efficiency
• Analyse logistics data to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications
• University Graduate
• Experience in logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Well organised with attention to detail
