Requirements:
• Practical experience in enforcement procedures in Kuwait.
• Good knowledge of Kuwaiti Civil Procedures Law and enforcement regulations.
• Experience dealing with the Enforcement Department – Ministry of Justice.
• Ability to follow up execution deeds, attachments, and notifications.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in law firms within Kuwait is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling and following up enforcement cases.
• Managing enforcement files until completion.
• Preparing periodic reports on case status.
• Coordinating with lawyers and clients.
