Description

Proactive Leasing Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

- Assist with expense tracking, basic bookkeeping, and data entry.

- Maintain filing systems and handle correspondence.

- Support team members and coordinate with other departments.

- Draft emails, memos, contracts, and other communications.

Requirements:
3+ years of admin experience in Leasing or Real Estate industry.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual is a plus.
