Description
Position: Learning & Development - Trainer
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in Automotive.
- Bilingual.
- Professional in office programs, specially PowerPoint.
- Presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employee skills, identify gaps, and determine training needs.
- Design and create instructional materials, lesson plans, and training modules.
- Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual, in-person) for various roles.
- Plan annual training schedules, refresher courses, and new hire onboarding.
- Monitors enrolment and attendance at training classes.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance monitoring.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure learning translates to job performance.
- Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
- Assists with establishing guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
- Drives brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities.
- Participate in suggesting interactive ideas related to employee and department engagement.
