If you thrive on turning knowledge into action and are passionate about people development, we'd love to hear from you. We are seeking a highly capable and performance-driven Learning & Development Expert to lead training strategy and capability development across Hospitality, FMCG, and Corporate functions.
Prerequisites:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
• Proven experience supporting multi-sector operations (Hospitality / FMCG preferred)
• Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development
• Solid experience in competency frameworks, performance management, and succession planning
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business needs into learning solutions
• Strong analytical, reporting, and impact measurement skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
