We’re Hiring : IT Support Specialist
Location: Al Seedawi Food Industries – Kuwait

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is designed to provide essential support to the IT Manager and System Administrator in maintaining a robust digital infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, ensuring that our enterprise systems and hardware operate at peak efficiency across all company sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP and Systems Support
-Assist in the administration and user support for core enterprise systems, including Dynamics AX 2012, MenaiTech HRMS, and e-commerce site (ordable).
-Support the rollout and maintenance of upcoming digital solutions, such as sales delivery platforms and ERP upgrade.
-Provide daily technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Network & Infrastructure Maintenance
-System Deployment: Perform clean installations, formatting, and configuration of Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise across company workstations.
-Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot hardware issues involving desktops, laptops, thermal printers, and handheld devices.
-Connectivity: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi connectivity across all factory and warehouse locations.
-Security: Assist the System Administrator with routine server checks, antivirus deployment, and ensuring off-site backup consistency.
3. System Implementation & Training
-Help deploy new software updates and security patches across the organization.
-Assist in training staff on new digital workflows and mobile applications (e.g., attendance and sales tracking).
-Help maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and user manuals.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
-Familiarity with ERP environments (specifically Dynamics AX) and HR management systems.
-Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
-Knowledge of e-commerce platform support and mobile application troubleshooting is a plus.
-Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
-Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
-A "digital-first" mindset with a focus on business process automation.
-Must be able to commute between different company sites as required.
