Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist with hands-on experience in Oracle Symphony (Micros) systems to support our growing operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our POS infrastructure across all outlets.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support Oracle Symphony (Micros) POS systems across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS hardware and software issues efficiently
Manage, monitor, and maintain F&B retail systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Oversee network infrastructure, perform system updates, and manage data backups.
- Provide user training, technical support, and maintain clear documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and integrations.
- Respond swiftly to technical issues and ensure high system availability.
✅ Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within the F&B or retail sector
* Proven expertise in Oracle Symphony (Micros) POS installation and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of POS systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
* Effective communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
