Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, supporting the sales process, and effectively communicating the value of our IT solutions. If you’re a strong communicator with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, emails, and client visits.
- Cold Calling: Introduce our IT solutions to prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and needs assessment.
- Sales Presentations: Assist in delivering compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Sales Prospecting: Research target industries and market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales team, contribute to strategy, and learn industry best practices.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely responses and product information.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report lead status, meetings, and conversions to management.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and stay updated on the company’s IT products and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales or presales
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Arabic & English bilingual proficiency – Arabic is mandatory
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market and client needs
- Valid driving license preferred
