We’re Hiring: Instructional Coach (Early Years)
EPG is seeking an experienced Instructional Coach to drive teaching excellence and leadership development across our Early Years network. The role focuses on one year level system-wide, supporting Academic Administrators, Lead Teachers, and teaching staff through coaching, professional development, and quality assurance aligned with EYFS.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (Master’s preferred)
✔ Minimum 5 years Early Years teaching experience
✔ Proven instructional coaching & leadership development experience
✔ Strong EYFS knowledge
