Visa: Article 18 (Transferable)

Job Description:
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in administration to support the HSE team in Kuwait. The candidate will assist in administrative, training, and documentation activities to ensure smooth HSE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including coordination of events and campaigns
-Engage with suppliers and manage related communications
-Administer and track external training certificates
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
-Assist with logistics for training sessions
-Maintain document control and compliance records
-Prepare reports and presentations for HSE activities
Required Skills:
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to deliver training to contractors in the long term
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms)
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
