Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Kuwait City. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role also includes recruiting and onboarding new employees, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The specialist will work closely with management to develop HR strategies and maintain a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Personnel Management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
