Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment processes and prepare new employees (ads, interviews, contracts, onboarding).
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and Ministry of Health regulations.
* Coordinate with the finance department to accurately process salaries and benefits, and monitor attendance and leaves.
* Support employee relations, resolve and escalate issues when necessary, and organize internal communication campaigns.
* Contribute to performance appraisal systems, training, and professional development.
* Perform administrative tasks: update databases, prepare letters and certificates, and ensure data confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Practical experience of no less than 7 years in human resources (preferably in the health sector).
* Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and Ministry of Health regulations.
* Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in using human resource systems.
