Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salmiya for a Human Resources professional. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR professional will serve as a strategic partner to management, advising on best practices in talent management and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition skills
- Strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring labor law compliance
- Knowledge of Payroll Management and Performance Evaluation techniques
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage
