Description
We are looking for candidates for the below position:
- HR & Payroll Officer
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process monthly payroll while ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely submission.
· Maintain and update the HR ERP system and employee records.
· Manage attendance, leaves, sick leaves, etc. records in accordance with company policy.
· Collect and verify daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
· Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, indemnities, and final settlements.
· Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, additions, and deductions.
· Manage the employee offboarding process, including final settlements and exit formalities.
· Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, support in screening CVs and facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
· Assist in developing, implementing, and continuously improving grading salary structures, HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
· Manage employee relations cases, including disputes, grievances, disciplinary actions and conduct investigations.
· Conduct audits to ensure HR policies are being adhered to.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or Management Sciences.
· 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations/payroll.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP/HRMS systems.
· Bilingual candidates.
· Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, decision-making and excellent / communication skills.
· Understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
· Kuwait resident only.
