We Are Hiring – HR Payroll Officer

We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Payroll Officer with experience in the delivery company field to join our team. If you have strong payroll expertise and are familiar with large workforce operations, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Position: HR Payroll Officer
🔹 Location: Kuwait
🔹 Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for drivers / riders / office staff
• Maintain attendance, leaves, penalties & deduction records
• Manage end-of-service, settlements & overtime calculations
• Coordinate with HR, Operations & Finance departments
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law and payroll regulations

Requirements:
• 2+ years payroll experience in a delivery/logistics company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of WPS, payroll systems & Kuwait labor law
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and analytical thinking
• Can join immediately (preferred)
