A well-established and reputable salon is seeking to appoint a Female HR Officer / Senior HR Officer to join its professional team.
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide HR support to management and staff as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Experience within the salon, beauty, or hospitality sector is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
