Location: Kuwait (Shuaiba / Ahmadi area)
Eligibility: Local candidates only (Visa 18 transferable)
Willing to commute to Shuaiba / Ahmadi

Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance and employee lifecycle processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain employee records, HR databases, organizational charts, and personnel documentation.
Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR letters, reports, employment documents, disciplinary actions, and other HR correspondence.
Administer employee transactions, including leave management, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments.
Prepare monthly HR reports, workforce statistics, and Kuwaitization reports as required.
Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government authorities regarding HR-related matters.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
Support HR audits and ensure accurate maintenance of all HR records and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law and HR compliance requirements is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or service sectors.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Menaitech is highly preferred.
