HR Officer

Immediate Hiring | HR Officer – Kuwait

We are currently seeking a qualified HR Officer who can join immediately.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Female candidates preferred
- Must hold Article 18 – Transferable Visa
- Immediate availability is mandatory

Hands-on Experience Required in:
- Development and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
- Performance Appraisal processes
- Employee Relations management
- Organizational Chart development
- Payroll processing, compliance, and salary structures
- Compensation & Benefits administration
- End-of-Service settlement procedures
- Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
