Job Vacancy – HR Officer A reputable medical clinic is looking to hire a motivated and professional:

HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly timesheets.
Maintain and update employee files and documentation.
Prepare and renew employment contracts in compliance with Kuwaiti labor law.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and end-of-service procedures.
Coordinate with management on staffing and training needs.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the medical sector.
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
📍 Location: Qibla – Kuwait
🕒 Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
💰 Salary: Based on experience
