Description
We are hiring an HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources function in Kuwait.
The selected candidate will play a key role in modernizing HR practices, aligning HR strategy with business needs, and managing large-scale overseas recruitment campaigns to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Department Development: Upgrade policies, processes, and digital systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Project Alignment: Support manpower planning and workforce solutions for engineering and technical projects.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead bulk recruitment campaigns (local & overseas), including mobilization of technical and engineering talent.
- Employee Relations: Oversee performance management, grievance handling, engagement, and retention programs.
HR Operations & Governance:
-Manage payroll processing, audits, and reporting.
-Administer employee benefits and health insurance programs.
-Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law, contracts, and visa processes.
-Oversee HR audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.
-People Development: Drive training, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
-Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role in Kuwait.
-Strong experience in overseas bulk recruitment, particularly for engineering and technical roles.
-Solid knowledge of payroll, audits, insurance administration, and HR operations.
-Strong understanding of Kuwait Labour Law and compliance requirements.
-Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent leadership and communication skills.
