KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and manage HR & Administration functions, ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor law.
· Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and employee development.
· Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
· Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations to support retention and growth.
· Partner with management to align HR processes with business goals.
· Contribute to HR. Government Relations and Administration projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
· HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
· 12+ years of HR experience, including 5+ in management.
· Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and GCC HR practices.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in HRMS/HRIS and MS Office.
