We’re Hiring: HR Administrative Officer
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee files
Support payroll preparation and coordination with finance
Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Support training and development initiatives
Address employee queries and support employee relations activities
Prepare HR reports and support audits when required
Support management and other departments with general administrative duties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Industrial Engineering is preferable)
2–4 years of experience in an HR role (preferred)
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
