We’re Hiring: Head of Wealth Management & Investment Sales
Location: Kuwait
AJWA Strategy - Recruitment Division
AJWA Strategy is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to establish and lead our new
Wealth Management & Investment Sales unit.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong client network, a deep understanding of
financial markets, and proven experience in developing and placing investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
. Build and lead AJWA's wealth management and investment sales unit from the ground up.
. Develop and execute strategies for marketing and placing new investment products.
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients.
. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
· Oversee investor onboarding and ensure exceptional client service and retention.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in investment sales, business development, or wealth management.
. Strong client base and network in the investment and financial sector.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
. Minimum 5 years' experience in investment placement, with at least 2 years in an
investment company/bank in Kuwait.
· Kuwaiti nationals preferred.
· Experience in asset management or product development is a plus.
