Hiring: Head of PMO / Senior PMO Manager
Work Location: Kuwait
Hiring From: Inside & Outside Kuwait
Reports To: CTO
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of PMO / Senior PMO Manager to lead enterprise-level project and program governance across technology and digital initiatives. The role requires a hands-on PMO leader who can establish structure, enforce delivery discipline, and manage complex, multi-stream programs involving internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting models
Oversee portfolios of complex IT and digital transformation programs
Drive project planning, prioritization, risk management (RAID), and value realization
Manage senior stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards
Ensure strong vendor, budget, and delivery control across initiatives
Support the CTO in translating strategy into clear, executable roadmaps
Embed PMO best practices and continuously improve delivery maturity
Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in PMO, Program, or Senior Project Management roles
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale or multi-vendor programs
Strong governance background (PMO setup, KPIs, SteerCo, reporting)
Solid understanding of technology environments (applications, infrastructure, integrations)
Experience in regulated or complex organizations (banking, fintech, telecom, government, large enterprises)
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
PMP (Required)
PgMP / PRINCE2 / Agile (Preferred)
ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma (Advantage)
Languages
English: Fluent
Arabic: Fluent / Native (Preferred)
French: Preferable
Work Details
Work Location: Kuwait
Duty: 8 Hours / 5 Days a Week
