Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Certified safeguarding/child protection training
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pastoral care or student wellbeing
• Prior leadership experience in an educational setting
