About the Role
The Head of Fitness & Client Services ensures the studio runs smoothly, consistently, and with care every day. This role bridges strategy and execution, leading both fitness quality and client experience, while driving operational excellence across scheduling, systems, front desk standards, health & safety, and facility readiness.
You will be accountable for delivering a consistently exceptional experience—from the quality of classes and coaches to the details clients feel the moment they walk through the door.
Requirements
- 2+ years in boutique fitness or multi-modality studio management (Kuwait or GCC preferred)
- Experience managing teams (front desk, coaches, and support roles)
Strong operational background (scheduling, SOPs, checklists, systems)
- High emotional intelligence with strong communication and conflict management skills
- Experience handling high-volume client interactions
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and internal messaging tools
- Strong understanding of class programming and what drives a high-quality class experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fitness standards across modalities (Cycling, Bootcamp, Reformer, Sculpt)
- Ensure quality control of coaches, class delivery, and service consistency
- Own scheduling optimization and class coordination to maximize performance and experience
- Lead the front desk and client services team (training, standards, performance, coverage)
- Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational systems for daily excellence
- Maintain accurate app/digital information (schedule accuracy, updates, client-facing details)
- Oversee facility management and studio readiness (equipment, cleanliness, ambiance)
- Own health, safety, and risk management procedures and compliance
