Description
The Graphic Designer brings the brand to life through digital, print, packaging, and in-store experiences. By blending creative excellence
with strategic thinking, they ensure all visuals strengthen brand consistency, connect with consumers, and support business growth.
Branding & Identity
- Develop, evolve, and safeguard the brand identity, including logos, typography, color systems, iconography, and visual language.
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand assets such as brand guidelines, mood boards, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with the PR and Event teams to design branded event materials (backdrops, booths, giveaways, event collateral).
Digital & Social Media Design
- Design eye-catching social media content: posts, carousels, stories, polls, highlight icons, GIFs, and branded filters for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Produce animated social media ads (static, GIF, lightweight motion graphics).
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and adapt creatively to each channel’s best practices.
Print, In-Store & Outdoor
- Design offline marketing materials including POS displays (posters, shelf talkers, wobblers), flyers, brochures, billboards, and packaging labels.
- Prepare meticulous print-ready files and coordinate with printers to ensure high production quality and color accuracy.
Website & eCommerce
- Design homepage sliders, promotional banners, product icons, and category graphics to enhance site merchandising.
- Create pop-ups and landing page visuals that support marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
• Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Develop display ad creatives for Google Display Network, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Partner with digital marketing specialists to tailor creatives for retargeting, lead generation, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• AI Tools & Smart Workflows
- Leverage AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Design, Figma AI plugins, and ChatGPT for ideation, copy variations, and design efficiency.
- Experiment with AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) for mood boards and concept development.
- Use AI-based image upscales, background removers, and quick layout tools to speed up production without compromising quality.
• Core Tools & Platforms
- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (for GIFs / micro-animations).
- Figma / Adobe XD: For UI, website mockups, and collaborative design systems.
- Canva: For rapid turnarounds and social media resizing.
- AI tools: Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, plus upscaling & smart background removal platforms.
• Collaboration & Creative Direction
- Work closely with marketing manager, content creator, and copywriter to translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals.
- Contribute proactively to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Stay updated on design trends, platform requirements, and emerging tech to keep the brand visually relevant and ahead of the curve.
Work Experience
• 2–4 years as a graphic designer (agency or in-house) creating brand, digital, and print assets.
• Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer marketing environments.
• Portfolio showcasing brand systems, social media campaigns, packaging, and digital ads.
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools and willingness to explore new creative tech.
Language Skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
