Government Formalities Officer – Kuwait
OGHUB is looking for an experienced Government Formalities Officer to join our team in Kuwait.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Kuwait
Strong knowledge of Kuwait government procedures and formalities
Experience dealing with relevant government authorities and online portals
Good command of English and Arabic
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Valid Kuwait driving license is Required
Key Responsibilities:
Handle company and employee government transactions and formalities
Process residency, work permits, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and related documentation
Coordinate with relevant ministries and government authorities
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewal of licenses and official documents
Follow up on government applications and ensure compliance with Kuwait regulations
