At Revive, we are searching for a startup-hardened, visionary General Manager (Kuwait) to take full P&L ownership of our flagship market.
This isn't a traditional corporate management desk job. You will be the ultimate captain of both Demand (marketing, cultural localization, and aggressive growth) and Supply (operational fulfilment, kitchen collaboration, and absolute product consistency).

We're looking for a visionary, startup-hardened General Manager to take full ownership of our Kuwait operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. DEMAND & MARKET GROWTH
* Cultural Localization:
Adapt our brand voice, marketing, and campaigns to resonate deeply with Kuwaiti consumers.
* Growth & Acquisition:
Drive customer acquisition and retention through localized strategies and community engagement.
* Market Intelligence:
Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive product-market fit.
2. SUPPLY & OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT
* Fulfillment Accountability:
Ensure kitchen throughput, food quality, and logistics meet our highest standards.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing insights with kitchen operations and menu innovation.
* Quality & Consistency Champion: Own the customer experience and implement immediate fixes to bottlenecks.
3. LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL SCALING
* Build the Local Team:
Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across functions.
* Foster Accountability:
Establish a metrics-driven culture where KPIs drive results and ownership.
* Be the Captain:
Communicate with clarity and inspire teams through rapid scaling phases.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* The Startup/Founder Mindset: Former founder or early executive from a high-growth startup (food-tech, e-commerce, on-demand delivery preferred).
* Deep Local Grounding: Based in Kuwait with an intimate understanding of Kuwaiti consumer behavior, culture, food trends, and the local business landscape.
* Balanced Skill Set: Proven track record of managing a full business unit with strong grasp of growth marketing/ branding and operational logistics.
* Leadership Maturity: Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence. A coach and captain who builds trust and drives performance.
* Data-Driven Decision Maker: Comfortable using data (retention, LTV, CAC, operational metrics)
