General Manager (𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲) – 𝐊𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭⁣
⁣
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁣
• Kuwait Resident⁣
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).⁣
• MBA or Master's in Business/Sustainability (preferred)⁣
• 10+ years of experience in contracting or engineering services.⁣
• 5+ years in a senior management or GM role, preferably in renewable energy, energy efficiency, or water systems.⁣
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and business growth.⁣
• Knowledge of green technologies: solar PV systems, HVAC optimization, energy audits, water treatment/recycling, smart metering.⁣
• Familiar with local regulatory environment, sustainability standards, and utility regulations.⁣
• Understanding of project financing, EPC contracts, and public/private tenders.⁣
• Arabic and English are A Must (speaking, Reading and Writing).⁣
