Fund Collection Manager - Legal Affairs

Duties and Responsibilities
1- Develop plans and strategies to collect amounts owed from customers.
2- Monitor and supervise the collection teams' performance and motivate them to achieve goals.
3- Negotiate with delinquent customers and find innovative solutions to ensure the recovery of receivables.
4- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on collection rates and obstacles.
5- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the field of financial collection.

Required Qualifications:
1- At least 10 years of practical experience in the field of financial collection or accounts receivable management.
2- A university degree in accounting, management, or a related field.
3- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
4- Highly skilled negotiation and persuasion skills.
5- Completed courses in money laundering.
6- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
7- Previous experience in the corporate sector, such as banking, finance, and telecommunications, is preferred.
