We Are Hiring: Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Location: Kuwait – Alhasawi Group Head Office, Al Rai
Alhasawi Group is hiring a D365 Functional Consultant – Retail to join our growing team in Kuwait.
We are looking for an experienced professional in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with strong expertise in Retail and Supply Chain processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in D365 F&O (Retail module mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of SCM processes
* Experience in system configuration, implementation, and support
* Hands-on experience with DMF and Excel Add-in
* Strong analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Retail operations (POS, pricing, promotions, inventory)
* Manage SCM processes (purchase orders, sales orders, inventory movements)
* Gather requirements and prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, FDD)
* Support UAT, testing, and deployments
* Handle data uploads using DMF and Excel Add-in
* Provide user support and coordinate between business & IT teams
