& Client Communication & Outreach Assistant (Part-Time)
Leading HR Consultancy | Sharq, Kuwait
We’re expanding our team and seeking motivated professionals for key roles in our HR consultancy. Immediate joiners only.
1. Front-End HR Officer (Client Coordination & Support) – Full-Time*
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate HR services and ensure timely execution
- Handle follow-ups and support client communication
- Assist in employee relations and advisory matters
2. Back-End HR Officer (HR Operations & Administration) – Full-Time*
- Manage documentation, payroll, and HR processes
- Maintain employee records and support compliance
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding and HR reporting
- Support case handling and coordination
Requirements (HR Roles):
- Male candidates only for Front-End; Male or Female candidates are welcome for Back-End.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bilingual: Arabic & English (Front-End) | English (Back-End)
- 3–5 years’ HR experience
- Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli)
- Immediate joining required
3. Client Communication & Outreach Assistant – Part-Time
- Client communication role (calls-focused).
- Ideal for freshers.
- Bilingual: Arabic & English
Working Hours (Full-Time): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday)
