About the Role
MECC is hiring a Fleet Coordinator to manage day-to-day GPS fleet tracking and vehicle monitoring across our vehicle and equipment fleet. Using our GPS/telematics platform, you'll track routes, usage, and operating hours, flag compliance risks early, and turn fleet data into the reporting management relies on for cost and operational decisions.
What You'll Do
- Monitor company vehicles and equipment in real time through our GPS fleet tracking system.
- Track routes, speed, mileage, and operating hours; flag unauthorized use, idling, speeding, and route deviations.
- Prepare daily and monthly fleet utilization reports.
- Track insurance, registration, maintenance, and inspection expiry, and issue renewal alerts.
- Coordinate with project teams on vehicle/equipment movements, and with suppliers on GPS device repairs.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and GPS dashboard data.
- Support fuel control and cost-reduction efforts.
What You'll Need
- 3–4 years' experience in GPS fleet monitoring, vehicle/equipment tracking, or fleet utilization reporting.
- Hands-on experience with a GPS/telematics fleet tracking platform.
- Working knowledge of route monitoring, speeding/idling control, and fleet compliance.
- Strong MS Excel/MS Office skills for fleet reporting.
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
Nice to Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Candidates must hold a valid, transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18).
