Description
We are currently seeking the following position in Kuwait:
Finance Manager
Manage operations of the finance department, which include Accounting, Treasury, Cost Control and Store
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, collection, cash management, and other transactions).
Manage Light Fields’ financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Manage management reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Oversee the process of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing.
Direct the analysis of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans and agreed targets.
Compile key business metrics and report on them to management.
Manage the preparation of the company's budget and report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
Ensure compliance of accounting and internal audit practices with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents and information.
Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests through, providing financial data and financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios for management review.
Experience in Odoo ERP software
CFA certification is a plus
