Facilities Supervisor

Urgent hiring Facilities Supervisor for the following position at a leading Oil and Gas company in Kuwait:

Requirements:
. Candidates must have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in the same Field.
. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and facility operations across the head office and project sites, ensuring high
hygiene and safety standards.
. Prepare duty schedules, monitor attendance, assess performance, and provide training to cleaning staff.
. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance inspections, handle minor repairs, and coordinate with the Facility
Management for major fixes.
. Manage office and site assets, cleaning supplies, and equipment; ensure proper use, storage, and replenishment.
. Prepare and submit operational reports, verify contractors' work, and recommend improvements for efficiency and
cost-effectiveness.
