Executive Sous Chef Kuwait Hospitality Industry
Responsibilities:
. Understands the guest expectations related to food quality and presentation and ensures culinary
associates strive to meet or exceed expectations and help build guest loyalty
. Works closely with the management team to execute the strategy and focus on meeting &
exceeding departmental and hotel goals
. Helps to manage wages, productivity, and expenses in accordance with business demand
. Assists in menu development to ensure product quality and food cost management
. Assists the Executive Chef with maintaining all standard recipes on the recipe database software
. Conducts training on food knowledge and menu items including ingredients, preparation methods
. and unique tastes
. Regular validation of all SOP's and seek opportunities on improving every time
. POS tracking- coordination with IT to update all the changes as per the operations requirement
Qualifications:
. Minimum 12-14 yrs. Experience in the field/Minimum 2 years in the same position
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Catering Science/Culinary Arts)
. Arabic is an added advantage
. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, Positive attitude and Team
worker, Excellent English communication skills
. Should be a Resident of Kuwait
