Description
We are hiring an Estimator for our Aluminum Division!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for aluminum materials and related products
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate estimates and timely bids
- Analyze materials, processes, and specifications to determine cost drivers
- Prepare and present detailed estimation reports for internal review and client bids
- Support post-bid activities, including risk assessment and value engineering as needed
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in aluminum materials and/or aluminum fabrication
- Strong understanding of aluminum properties, processes, and industry standards
- Proficient in cost estimation methods, spreadsheets, and estimation software
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids
