We’re Hiring | ERP Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O | Kuwait

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based industries preferred
- Strong functional exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, and HR & Payroll modules
- Experience supporting post-go-live operations, enhancements, and upgrades
- Knowledge of local labor law compliance related to HR & Payroll
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as functional owner and primary point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Bridge business users, management, IT teams, and external partners for effective ERP utilization
- Provide functional support for Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, and HR & Payroll
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Manage ERP master data, user roles, and access rights
- Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and business sign-off
- Deliver end-user training and maintain SOPs and documentation
- Generate management reports and support audits
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend efficiency improvements
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect Expert (advantage)
- Any Microsoft ERP/Cloud certification is a plus
